It is really hard to say. Since you call it a wide view, I think it was probably on purpose. Otherwise, sometimes it ends up being pretty easy to show more than you intended. What does "fairly standard underwear" mean? You make it sound like plain white panties. If I intended for someone to see up my skirt, I would probably wear something prettier.
