Priest Calls Vote for Obama a Mortal Sin

Forgive me father, for I have stuffed my steel-toed work boot firmly up your ass. It was a vein attempt at kicking you in the head.

My bad.

Asshole.

*is just plain (OMG when I first typed that it came out palin!) laughing*

That why the Founders wanted the Church and State Seperate

This guy ought to be deported for breaking the ( what ever) ammendment. Send that rat bastard Papist back to the vatican with a message to the Pope that he if he can't keep his troops in line We can revoke his tax exemptions in a hurry.

If the Catholic Church wants to have a political opinion they can pay taxes like the rest of us.

Rat Bastard Papist!

Forgive me father...

Now gimme the wafer!
That's...

Forgive me father...

Now gimme the fucking wafer! And whatever happened to the wine we used to get to wash that dry foul tasting paper thin thing down. Did you and the penguins drink it all?

I once got in a lot of trouble in Religeous Education for asking how the church got away with giving alcohol to under 18s.

Probably would have been in MORE trouble if I hadn't been a Catholic ;)

No, that would be the two eleven year old altar boys who decided it would be a good idea to drink a bottle of it each before Mass.

Any other church I would expect blaming of the Priest, however Fr. Laurie was a rather wonderful priest and EVERYONE knew if he'd even had an inkling of what they were doing he would have probably excommunicated the pair right then.

Last time I checked, buggering underage altar boys was a mortal sin as well.

Fucking hypocrite!

So, in the words of another noted man of church.

God damn (most of) America?

Another person who has confused believing in Christ with actually being Christ.

Oh, and Jack? We aren't, or at least I'm not, bashing the priest in the article because he is a Catholic. We, or a least I, am doing it because he's a fool.

I was about to say this myself. I am a non-Catholic, but a Christian. I love the Roman Catholic Church. Nevertheless, the Roman Catholic Church needs to clean house before telling non-Catholics how to live.

Sorry rg if I'm a little hard on the Church. It is not the People in it that form my opinion but the heriditry of being Irish and having had the Priesthood directing my ancestors for the benifit of the Church.

Maybe I should forgive and forget but That would mean forgetting the 1200 years of hipocracy and I'm not ready to let up on them yet.

I think that if he wants to be political he should pay taxes. Is that wrong?
