FAKE, no 3-deck airplane in the Airbus fleet. Only the A380, which is a 2-deck aircraft, which is no longer in production.

Although, if you want to get technical and call the cargo hold the 1st deck, then yes, the A380 would be a 3-deck airplane.

Not unusual to see at busy airports that have good weather. It's called an intersection takeoff.

Usually performed by airplanes that are flying VFR instead of IFR but can still be accomplished by IFR flights, as well.

You just call up the tower and ask if you can do an "intersection takeoff". They'll either say yes or no.
