Since I wasn't able to enter the services, I became a military geek, but lately, my info's been steadily out of date. :/too costly besides they just bought the newer 767 as a tanker so why keep a 3-engine jet, when the 2 engines can do the same thing with a lot less fuel burn?

Not the Caspian Sea Monster. This is a smaller LUN ekranoplan. The real Caspian Sea Monster (KM) was MUCH larger than this, but crashed and sank in 1980 due to pilot error.
