I like this idea, I think there's a number of places it could go, and the build up to the actual meeting can provide a lot of depth to the story.

A couple of thoughts, I don't know if they're what Sarah was thinking, but...

- What's her response when she arrives, and is almost straight away introduced to her 'sister' who is also just arriving, with no suitcase, on her expenses paid trip?

- What happens when the hotel staff, guys much closer to her age, hit on her whilst Daddy's not around?

I'd go for wife's best friend, who happens to be of similar build and looks.

Far less to explain to co-workers - unless it's a kind of "trophy wife" more than 10 years age difference is quite rare, and in that case the guy just has to be some top-level, very rich exec or so.

This situation can also give rise to really interesting tension between the two. Both not wanting to cheat on their partner/best friend; still having to sleep in the same bed; having to act as couple all the time; maybe she finds herself quite interested in that good looking single guy but can't do much because she's "someone else's wife"; etc.

And of course I'm not exactly into incest either.

Yes, I'd agree with that, because it's totally plausible. Assuming the man and the girl didn't look too much alike to be identifiably related. Of course if the girl was by the wife's previous marriage that's fixed.

My two cents

Instead of a couples resort/retreat maybe it's a "specialty" resort where men fill out a questionnaire or request form. What type of women they like, how they prefer them to act, hair color, etc. The thing is the resort is incest themed. Maybe a guy wants to fuck his sister/daughter/cousin but doesn't have one. So the resort pairs him up with a companion who acts out her role. A younger woman who calls him daddy and oh so innocently tempts him. Perhaps an attractive woman closer to his age who acts like a very interested long lost sister. All the ideas I've read sound great though, so I'd be up to reading any iteration. The idea of all the young woman has to wear is a tiny white bikini did make me a bit warmer though.

Just suppose....daughter is doing the wife role, because daddy ordered her too. And she had to cancel two three dates, a sleepover and a study session to go on the stupid trip with him. But it's a wonderful, elegant resort, and she is showered with attention from the other people there. Granted, mostly from the men. But they are so unlike the 20ish boys she dates. Daughter is okay with giving her boyfriends handjobs and blowing them and fucking them if she really likes them. She thinks it'd be incredibly sexy to do it with some of these men.
