Posting Issue In Forum

I'm new to posting in forums so not sure if this is the place to tell and get help?
I wrote a comment in a forum and when I tried to post it I get an "Oops something went wrong" popup "try again later" it says. I can't get it to work.
What could be the problem? How do I get it to work?
Does anyone respond to these threads?

I’ve had that happen to me. Usually if I refresh the page, it’s fine after that.

Strange enough, I just left the page open after copying my post, just in case, and when I came back to the page my comment had posted already. Thanks for your suggestion.
