Posting drafts

Is there a way to publish drafts as "stories" with the intention to get feedback on them?

Right. No.
Georgie-Wanna-be, let me explain how this place works.
You submit a finished story and one person in five hundred will vote on it. One person in five thousand will leave a comment. You can post it in the Story Feedback forum and maybe get another three responses, but that's it. A decent rating is the most feedback you're going to get. And it's really gonna bother you for a long time. Then one it won't. You'll get over it and just write because you enjoy it. Hopefully.
Unless ... you post your story in Loving Wives. Then you'll be up to your ass in feedback, but you won't like it.
These are the hard truths of posting on Literotica. It's not for everyone.

I hope I get a better response than what I’d get from an obvious bot
Em gave you the answer, which is no. There is no facility on this site for soliciting public feedback on draft stories. You publish, then ask for feedback. That's how it works. There is no "better" response to give you.

They could get a beta reader! Calling an established presence on here a bot isn't a great place to start, though.

Sure, but a beta reader is one person (or several) that the OP would need to find, in a private arrangement. I read his question as wanting a public place to solicit feedback for a draft story.

Well, if not for the OP, maybe for others with a similar question:

A simple Internet search for "writers group" will display dozens of sites where someone can share their drafts with other writers for feedback. Here is a quick example from a search that I just did:

Searching for "critique group" would produce similar results.

Try erotext.me. There exists a feature, where you can upload a draft that is read by other members who identify themselves as beta-readers.

Which presumes that anybody is around to use the feature - it's not a high traffic site at the moment, although you'll occasionally see a tumbleweed blow past. That's not to criticise the site - it's just not really launched yet.

I can think of another way to phrase that, but it might trouble the more macho men of LW :)

For somone looking for a beta reader for a draft, it doesn't matter how much traffic a site gets. All you need is one. And you find that one quicker on erotxt.me than on Lit.
