Thanks for the complement! Mine came after an ex-fiancee broke my heart 3 years ago... too much time watching Netflix and not doing any cardio took it's toll. Joined a 24hr gym and have been eating better and the weight is coming off very nicely! The weights are putting the tone back and I feel a 1000x's better! Best of luck, buddy!
