Ok so plain girts are nasty. need to find something else for breakfast. I started doing weighted dips with a 45lb plate, that was fun.

Turned my head. You look fantastic. Good luck with the diet changes, I know how challenging it can be.
 
Lost weight :( 171....guess its gonna go up and down. Changed it up here are some black and whites!
