I lean towards contextualism myself, it's sort of a post-structural structuralism.

I have to draw the line at "fit" however, as a *de facto* standard: it's useful under some circumstances, but is prone to abuse, as this thread demonstrates.

"Fit" has a much narrower meaning in evolutionary terms of natural selection, and that is the meta context.
