I guess someone forgot to tell the Democrat Party

...In Gans’s view, the ethics of postmodernism is derived from identifying with the peripheral victim and disdaining the utopian center occupied by the perpetrator. Postmodernism in this sense is marked by a victimary politics that is productive in its opposition to modernist utopianism and totalitarianism but unproductive in its resentment of capitalism and liberal democracy, which he sees as the long-term agents of global reconciliation. In contrast to postmodernism, post-millennialism is distinguished by the rejection of victimary thinking and a turn to “non-victimary dialogue” that will “diminish the amount of resentment in the world"...

Its a nice dream to think that victimary thinking could end in my lifetime, but I don't know if its possible. Its too effective for the Dumborats to tell people they are victims and they will "help" them. Postmodern liberalism adopted the dialectic concept from the Marxists and have politically perfected it. The entire society has been completely indoctrinated in the mythology of oppressed demographic groups.

Its obviously a completely laughable idea that non-whites or females are "oppresed" in the US in the 21st century, but the mythology just doesn't go away like a rash on the butt that won't clear up.

you go from decrying being a victim in post one

to blaming women and Democrats in post 2

that's pretty much the definition of playing the victim card

and in record time

kudos to you

The alt creator regularly goes to the trouble of logging in as BadBabyShitter to respond to my threads. I'm not sure the reason for that, but I doubt it does either.

the victim card again

" oh noes, the people of the internet who are mean to me must be part of a conspiracy"

Here it is again. Uses the same language that Botany Boy frequently uses (oh noes). :D

You whine about being victimized and persecuted almost every day. You're either a Democrat or your premise is entirely wrong, which is it?

I speak out against hypocrisy by identifying double standards, many of which come from efforts to end alleged and often non-existent demographic victimhood in the first place.

The fascinating thing about the victimhood ideology is that it in fact creates real unfairness against new groups in its efforts to end often imaginary unfairness against other groups. The only way we stop this is by IDENTIFYING it, which can only be done by, well, talking about it. That is not "whining" nor complaining, but identifying a situation. You'd love it if you can shut anyone up from identifying this stuff.

Or, to put it another way, is it "whining" when its claimed non-whites are victims of [fill in the blank] or feminists claim women are "victims" of [fill in the blank] or homosexuals are "victims" of [fill in the blank] even when its not even true? Unless you are prepared to say that, then you have no say calling the mere identifying of things via speaking out as "whining."

Or, to put another way, was the civil rights moving "whining"? Are you "whining" when you complain about the treatment of the poor by the dastardly Republicans or the evil "rich" or Mitt Romney or whoever you claim is "keeping them down"?

Look you brain challenged dorks, obviously there are situations where there are real injustices. Those should be spoken out against. By victimhood mentality its meant the idea that the whole world is nothing more than a dialectic between oppressed and oppressor social groups or classes. This does nothing more than create resentments between groups and benefits nobody except a small ruling elite which can exploit these resentments for its own benefit.

Hopefully, post-Postmodernism will eventually put an end to this sick and harmful ideology. All things end eventually and so will the victimhood ideology.

I speak out against...

No, you whine about being a horribly victim every day. And it's the same whine every time. Then you turn around and accuse other people of doing what you just did.

That takes a lot of brass bro...
