I'm not in a BDSM-type relationship but I enjoy nipple clamps until I have an orgasm at which point the pleasure turns to pain and I have to rip the clamps right off. It feels so good while they're on that I can't keep myself from coming even though I want to because I know as soon as I come it'll be over. (I can have more orgasms but not more nipple play.)

Any tips or ideas? I'm thinking that if you're a sub and someone puts nipple clamps on you then you don't get to remove them after the first orgasm, right? Do they start feeling good again if you leave them on?

Meh. May I be so bold as to say I also have the same issues in regards to anal sex. It's all good and fun and intense whilst I'm getting there, but as soon as I'm there (and it's a hell of a lot quicker than vaginal sex, because of the intensity). it's all screaming and a bit too much.... Good and bad, good for my partner, bad for the neighbours.
My only recommendation in this respect and I'm a big pansy when it comes to post coital anything, is to hold off on the orgasm. Or use the pein as an intensity to induce multiple orgasm, depending on which way the wind blows, this also works a treat for me.
I'm no expert, not even close, but I know what you mean, the sensitive parts all get a little too sensitive post orgasm and if I wasn't such pain slut I might actually complain... KK.
