I think so. Some of them, at least. However, there are enough sane people in The House that impeachment will never happen. Even if it did, the Senate would never convict. This is well enough known that only the craziest representatives, such as Mad Max or the Gang of Four, would ever even bother to try to impeach. They also know their failure would almost assure Trump's reelection.

Most politicians at least consider their chances of re-election before initiating something stupid.
