Post Mueller Testimony

He and his father were well known as racists in the New York real estate business. Court records prove that convincingly.

The TRUMP Organization discriminates on the basis of Money.

The racial thing is secondary.

See, Trump signing an agreement to not discriminate somehow means that Trump discriminated.

Indeed it does. You think they randomly picked his name from the phone book? Oh, that’s right, you’re an ambulance chaser, you would.

It's like you live in a world where reality is only an indistinct dream you heard about during some therapy session.

Rich/famous/well known people are sued all the time. That doesn't mean they did anything wrong. It just means they were sued.

Thus, without a VERDICT showing Trump was found guilty of discrimination, all you really have is the typical D public smear campaign in action.

But you're ok with that because Trump. Well, Trump and that fantasy world thing I was talking about in the beginning.

Right, they knew he’d be President 45 years ago so they got the smear in early. I’ve known some dumb lawyers but...

Trick deck with all Jokers

It is like they are playing with a trick deck of cards with nothing but Jokers. They never had a real hand to play and yet they keep overplaying the Jokers.

Really think about it: What is their hand? The Green new deal? Impeach Trump? Stop global warming by making laws designed to stop cow farts? Make everything in life free? Invite drug dealers and terrorists to wipe their feet on the open boarder welcome mat? What a joke!

So wait...

Are you trying to say that the past 45 years of poor D leadership and Congressional representation is Trump's fault? Or that Trump shouldn't mention it because it's not fair to point out how D's have totally fucked over the city for decades because doing so is "racist" instead of factual?

They have nothing.

The only thing they can do is the public smear. The TDS is so bad they're crowd sourcing it.

My humble opinion;

It's hard to read through this shit sometimes. I find it amazing how some people believe every left leaning article out there without challenging anything. These progressive lefty lunes better hope their wishes don't come true. People have no clue as to the real crisis that is going on in our country. The judicial and executive arms of the previous admin tried to sway an election, establish a subversive coup to depose a sitting president. People have no idea how serious this really is. They just rail on Trump like blind trolls, marching in lockstep into an abyss. They have no concept of law or how government runs or is supposed to run. Impeaching a president because you don't like him is more serious than people realize. Its corrosive property is decaying the very fabric of our republic. People may hate Trump but what's going on now is an event I've never seen or experienced in my lifetime. Nadler is on a search and destroy mission and I hope cooler heads prevail and conspirators are brought to justice and the rule of law prevails. This investigation has done so much damage to our legal system I hope we can recover. People who don't believe we have a perverted deep state are cruising through life with their head in the sand. Citizens need to do the research, judge info from different sources and tone out the shit you get from LIT. People need to form their own opinions based on constitutional law and not some nutbag calling everyone who disagrees with him a trumpette. Start by taking a look at history, the last five presidents and their eras and objectively compare the different admins to this one, you'll find there's good and bad in each, but right now something has run amuck. This president is mouthy no doubt but he's also right up front, you always know what he's thinking. I found our previous presidents were dishonest behind our backs, much worst than what's going on now, we just didn't know it. I think people on LIT who have a law or legal background would agree we're heading down the wrong path.

You only like 45 because you're both the same shape - Round.

Why don't you go strut around in front of the old folks' home some more. You can wag it at all the old ladies and berate the old men that if they were young and fit like you they wouldn't be old men.

I promise you that if you go do that I won't post a single negative comment about Luk while you're gone. Imagine that if you stayed gone for years and years and years, I'd never say another thing about you that whole time.

Wouldn't that be a nice thing for me to do for you?

Here's what's going on, one of my previous post.

FISA's complacency was the beginning of this whole shit shute. I know what a prosecutor does. We're not dealing with a court of law, we're dealing with a one way document infested with opinion and innuendo, a document that can not be professionally cross examined in a court setting. What we have is a bunch of dipshit politicians grandstanding over whether to impeach on a crime that wasn't committed. A group of secret, biased prosecutors, one which was scolded by SCOTUS, ALLOWED TO DESTROY BY INNUENDO A SITTING PRESIDENT!! There is no jurisprudence. We have a judiciary committee chair petitioning the court, by himself, Grand Jury testimony. This fucking jerk has leaked everything he touches and he get's to share secret documents without the consent of the entire house of representatives and DOJ. This asshole is on on a vengeance mission, being played by Weissman, another clinton confidant who should have been disbarred, leading this public display of prosecutorial malfeasance. Weissman's specialty is the unethical and illegal use of obstruction of justice, but in this case, it can't be defended per/se, no cross examination can be provided in this Kangaroo Court, it's all about public shaming without any consequences. Nadler says whatever he wants, with no proof and the left eats it up. The media has let the american people down. The media no longer keeps our politicians honest, they are as complicit as the FISA judges. The deep state is in rare form.

Today the DNC suffered another collective anal assault when a federal judge threw out their suit against Trump alleging he and the Russians hacked their computers, The judge saying their claims were, "entirely divorced from the facts." So much winning.

Post Mueller Testimony
Do you think the Democrats have overplayed their hand pursuing the impeachment of Trump?

Republican response to Mueller's testimony:

"No collusion! There was no collusion found! Hah! We knew it!"

"Yes But what about obstruction?"

"Oh look, a butterfly!......No collusion! No collusion!"

While the proof of obtrusion in the second part of the Mueller report is much more voluminous and damning then anything found against Clinton, I do not believe the House should pursue it for the very simple reason that it will not go any place because the Senate won't let it. They need to let it go and get on with defeating Trump in the election. Besides, I believe there are and will be indictments waiting for him when he leaves office. There are way to many indicators that that is the case.

There is no "proof" of obstruction in the Mueller report. Just as you claim the R's are deflecting from seeing it, you too are deflecting from seeing the ENTIRE report and the picture it paints in favor of only bits and pieces which favor your preferred narrative.

There was no obstruction either.

I hope the IG and Durham finds the investigation of the Trump campaign was illegally predicated and therefore all that followed was fruit of the poison tree.

Here's the thing about poisoned fruit; it's still fruit, you just can use it.

Mueller found a lot of things that weren't exactly proper. He found a lot of other things which negate those improper acts too.

The fact that he shouldn't have been looking for them, doesn't mean they don't exist.

Unfortunately, I believe the genesis report is going to reveal a lot of things we already know. It won't solve anything or end the dispute.

I think it going to end in prosecutions of former officials. Seems to me if they find out that George Papadopoulos was framed and exculpatory evidence was withheld by Comey, Yates, et al, in that intitial FISA, such a revelation would negate the his prosecution and precipitate the prosecution of others, no?

I don't think so.

We know Comey leaked info. Where's the investigation/prosecution for that?

Same with Rosenstein and the 25th Amendment/wire thing. He admitted to doing it so where's his plea deal and termination instead of retiring?

Here's one for you no one's talking about: What about the FISA JUDGE who signed off on the warrants? Why don't we know who that is and whether they're still on the bench somewhere? ALL the judges for the FISA court are Federal judges someplace. If this judge screwed up and rubber stamped the original FISA application because of incompetence or malfeasance, he/she shouldn't still BE on the bench anywhere.

"The system" is going to protect itself. We'll learn a few things and then this will all disappear like it always does.

I fully expect the system to protect itself. Those judges are appointed by the Chief Justice himself. One of their names was revealed early on by Page and Strzok in a text, his name was Contreas I believe. But, if known exculpatory evidence was withheld from the judge by prosecutors in order to obtain the warrant seems to me to be a fraud perpetrated on the court.

These judges are special in one regard, they are the only thing that stands between the constitutional rights of American citizens and an illegal intrusion and cancellation of those rights by the government. Supposedly tape recordings of exculpatory statements made by George Papadopoulos to the FBI that would have denied that FISA warrant to the government, if presented to the court, are to be released this week, or in days. So we shall see where that goes.

Huber and the IG are supposedly investigating the leaks from all sources including Comey, and the alleged bribing of FBI officials by the media to release classified information to the press. Also the illegal unmasking of American citizens by Obama officials.

If fraud is suspected ( God knows it's all over the news ) in FISA applications, why aren't the FISA judges doing their own internal inquiry. You would think SCOTUS would initiate an external panel to investigate FISA procedures.

What I'm saying is that the FISA court isn't supposed to be a rubber stamp. Thus, the judges should be held to a higher standard about examining the basis for the warrant. If the gov submits a affidavit, then the judge needs to spend the time reviewing it and the evidence looking for holes and inconsistencies. Even more so than for a standard warrant because of the issues and protections involved when it comes to US Citizens.

If all the judge does is go down a checklist, they aren't doing their job and shouldn't be on the bench ANYWHERE.

2 years after Comey ADMITTED he did it, and the articles that show he actually DID leak materials, there's still an "investigation"? Into what?

Think about that...
