This is great! So many ideas. I've used Icy Hot and seem to remember it was a weird kinda burning. But I wasn't really into this fetish then so I might give it a go again. Test the icyhot/tiger balm/bengay with a small amount first. Using it as a "lube" persay can be a little much for the first time...esp since it doesn't wash away, right away. With peppery acidic substances like this you'll need a dairy/lemon to remove it all, not just water. You can probably mix a small amount in with a regular moisturizer and use that as a good lube

Try applying a small bit to a finger or paintbrush and letting your partner make a small trail down your shaft, or just around your asshole. See what a single drop on your finger does...then go from there.

Oh, and a "vanilla" friend (I'm questioning that now) of mine mentioned the practice of putting ginger in the anus the other day...and I was proud to exclaim it was called figging. Thanks guys

My vote would be figging. It was incredibly painful, throbbing, hot, but subsided after about 20 minutes or so. For a good result, make sure you use fresh ginger, so it has plenty of moisture. A little bit goes a long way.

I've tried peppermint and spearmint extracts. They work pretty well for a bit of burn that can be easily remedied when it gets to be too much.
