Lit allows avatars 150 pixel wide and 150 pixels high -- which is 50 pixels more than most other forums allow. There is also a file size restriction, which is often harder to meet than the pixel limits.
Set the largest dimension of your image to 150 and save it in JPeG format with medium Quality/Compression and you should have no problems uploading when you get over a hundred posts.
For those worried about ever reaching 100 posts:
The limit exists to encourage participation in threads. Game threads certainly qualify as "participation in threads," but they hardy qualify as participation in the forums. Everyone has an opinion, and yours is as good as anyone else's -- get involved in the discussions and contribute something more than post count.
(Also learn to use the Ignore List -- Literotica is much nicer place when you put the haters spammers and trolls on ignore; Ignore lists used to be known as Twit Filters and there are a LOT of twits in the world who have nothing useful to say.
