All you have to do to find your hook is ask yourself

"What is in it for her?"

With the sex date shes getting publicity, paid, more fans/exposure whatever. He shuts that down. So now shes free to chose sex with him or not. But then, hes free to chose sex with her ... or not. Give her a good and unique reason for wanting him (nice guy is overdone and she gets those thrown at her constantly) and him a logical reason for holding out. Then you write around that.

Just think about the scenario for a bit and it will come to you. If you think about them as real people, ideas come as if they were real people and you tend to write them as real people. And readers LOVE real people.

You dont have to make her a genius or business tycoon or anything (unless thats what makes the guy want her) Just make sure you dont paint her as a typical porn star (give her goals, meaning, maybe even a plan AFTER porn) and you ll be fine.
