Porn star ears? WTF are THOSE?

I was in one of my other forums and one of the guys in it reported someone had paid him the rather strange compliment of telling him he had "porn star ears." Now, the man had a picture of himself a few posts back, and he was nice looking enough in a rather bearish middle-aged way, but I saw nothing that extraordinary about his ears. I admit I don't watch that much video porn, but I'm not a complete virgin in that regard. I don't remember anything about the ears of any of the stars. I'm sure I wasn't even looking at them. FWIW, the crowd he was in with seemed to be inveterate porn viewers and they all laughed while his face turned red. Any insight into this? Just tryin' to help...
