TEL AVIV — China has agreed to purchase two civilian Israeli communications satellites as part of a compensation package for the cancellation of the Phalcon airborne early-warning system.


Not only has bin Laden escaped him, but his buddies at Enron have screwed up big time and now his best pal in the Middle East is selling space age technology to the "yellow peril".
