I think the OP is better off in story ideas than here, but its a legit story that would get a lot of readers.

Sort of, it was not Morse code. It was sign language like the rest of her non-verbal communication. They were recording her and she was telling any eventual viewers that she was being forced and coerced into doing it. She fully expected that the footage would be leaked and or used to coerce her into further non-consensual activity.

In considering your question, and as a writer (for many years) I don't think that you can really make either idea fly well enough to do it justice. In protecting her family by her own choice she runs the risk of being caught out when they start asking, "Where's Mom today/tonight?" The chances of the whole arrangement going pear shaped is right up there.

In having her husband forced to "pimp" her out there is the equal risk of that same question, requiring awkward and untrue stories being made up or Mom's sister Sally turning up at the door and having it opened by a strange man, "Hi, I'm Sally, X's sister. Who the fuck are you?"

I would suggest leave out the "family" angle and make it somewhat less a joint situation. For example,
A female doctor is discovered to not really be a doctor by a colleague - how bad does she want to stay a doctor?
An undercover cop is discovered to be a cop by a villain - She's blackmailed to save her life
A female astronaut is discovered to be untrained but slept her way into the position - She's blackmailed to avoid prison

So on and so forth. The list of possibilities is endless. However, having said that, in agreeing with others here, and as I have said often enough myself, write YOUR story, YOUR way and make it YOUR story.

That's what makes it original, plausible and readable.
