PM's (im's) ..could someone test ?

I promise not to respond .......its just that I saw a thread that said pm's get full and you won't be able to receive anymore.

How do I know how ''full " I am ?

Please send me one just saying "testing " or something

you get an email notice that you in box is full if a PM bounces

keep in mind that you not only have to empty your inbox, but you have to empty your sent messages too. once those to boxes hit a total of 100, your box is full. you should continuously delete what you can though, because it's really agravating when you type up this long pm just to find out that the box is full.

At the end of the page,underneath the choices of boards,you will see if you have had any new pm's and exactly how many you have in all of your boxes.

You have to keep you inbox,your sent items,and your message tracking ones cleared to keep your limit under 100.

Its much easier to keep your box clear by unchecking the save message and read receipt boxes before sending out a pm.

Read receipts don't count against your total -- just the inbox and sent messages folders.

Once PMs are older than the "display messages from" setting, they won't show when you check your PMs, but they do still count against the 100 PM limit.

rMs, When you go to clean out your PM box, make sure you set it to display "From the Beginning" so you can remove ALL of your old posts. The PM summary at the bottom of the main forum index is the best way to tell when you need to clean things out.
