I know zilch about you but I do know this. Every new day is a fresh start and is up to you to make the most of it. The pain of a marital breakup or loss of a family member does decrease over time and the wonderful memories far outweigh the bad. In time you find yourself laughing out loud at the sudden recollection of a good memory. Plus this from my psych classes- the primary difference between everyone else and someone who is mentally ill is the functioning ability to cope with the daily crisis most of us never even recognize as such. So, be well, be strong and keep on keeping on.
