I was think more of maybe having her limited to three creature summonings a day.

Fire elemental

And if she really messes up:

Oooh, okay, so she crafts beings out of flame and stone? That makes things easier. Golems and elemental-based creatures aren't what I mean when I talk about "summoning". Those aren't Elder Spirits, so this all makes sense now, and it's a lot easier.

Basically, you have fire and earth magic (the stone and fire monsters, as well as your other spells), and you can change into a young golden dragon, though you have a golden dragon tail as a girl, cute as you are.

Sounds great to me, babe! Join whenever you like!

Hahahaha! That would be funny! You rush us, we panic... and then you tackle the squirrel that's sitting calmly in the brush three feet off to the side and rip it to bits. And then say, "Oh, hey. Sorry about that."

I think Kevin needs some clothes and maybe a little scene at the inn would help our characters get to know each other... maybe if you hear we're going to the wizard's college and I know where it is, you thinkthat maybe you can get a divination for where your demon ancestor is.

Hee hee hee. This is starting to resemble the Wizard of Oz. Only the Wizard of Oz didn't have subquests. And sex. I think. I hope not.

I suppose your character and Logan could hang out outside the town. Meanwhile Kevin and I could probably meet Evee (and maybe GM's char too?) in the town, and hear about a certain monster that's been haunting the area...

Well I don't have any reason for Hotaru to be at the inn right now, when everyone else seems to be going. So I am sending her into the forest to hopefully befriend someone at least.

Then when she comes out of her mess of dealing with goblins or what not, she will go back to town only to find her house burnt down to the ground with only a note that says her father has been captured by that .. um.. monster we are all afraid of... lol

Then she would make her way to the inn... seeing she had nowhere else to go, and she would be begging for warriors to help her get her father back...

Appearance: Raen is tall and lean, with pale skin and strange green eyes. His hair is a short, spiky crown of brown, like trampled bracken.
He dresses in a nondescript brown buffjacket with a twisted, deep green maze of zig-zags and spirals tracking across the chest and sleeves. Raen sometimes wears a deep brown coat over his armour, lined with tiny vials of poison, his knives and two thick herb-pouches. He also carries a bow and a sheath of barbed, brown-feathered arrows.

Magic: Raen's power depends on plants; poisonous, twisted things. His aura is a spherical tangle of glowing green branches, thorns and brambles forming a complex maze around him. As he draws on more magic, the maze grows in both complexity and solidity. In the heat of battle, Raen's thorns and tanglewood can supplement his armour, bursting across the worn leather like green wildfire. His green fingers can also change any length of wood into a weapon; causing it to sprout heavy thorns and whips of ragged briar and brambles.

Bio: Raen is an insomniac, and spent most of his childhood nights within his family's ancient library; raiding the dusty stacks for books on herblore and poisons. His eldest brother is a great poet, his second brother a noble warrior. His little sister is the adored baby of the family. Raen has nothing, and he is filled with bitterness. His enemies accuse him of having no sense of honour, but this is not the case; Raen's honour is twisted and perhaps poisoned, but it exists.
He fights with two long knives, often streaked with poisons. He spends most of his time in the deep woods near his family house, shunning the company of others.

Sounds like Raen is full earth-magic with some archery-based fighter's trance, maybe -- and the rest is just skill, not magic.

He really seems to resemble earth -- tough as rock, intimidating as brambles, and bitter as steel.

We have three girls... it ain't THAT bad... ^_

but I certainly hope you play, Arc!!

Hey, VBabe, you don't have to have your house destroyed or anything. And we don't really have a nemesis at the moment. ^_^ Maybe when I call for help in fighting the troll, since you aren't very well-liked around the town, you think you might as well go as a healer? And you start to like the feeling of comradery, so you tell your father you're going on a journey? Wouldn't that work just as well? And she'd also be more amenable to going on subquests. ^_^

After the conflict in the inn gets sorted out, Shizura will probably go for a walk (with a big, cute-magician-girl-sized headache) and, just her luck, stumble on Zarl and our dear VBabe's character tussling. And maybe she'll make THEM go to the inn too and make up. Just so we can start to bring everyone together.

Shizura's like that, anyway.

Sky Jade, why don't you just modify your post so you don't attack him -- like maybe summon up flames around your hand to show that you HAVE magic powers to the audience, but when he changes back just look surprised and have them go away?
