Dear Literotica,

I like the design of the new Author / Works page; epically scrolling over your "Views" category and seeing the actual number of Views.
Can you please perform this same action to actual number "Words" category, that you display when you open an actual story.
However, you added a new "Lists" Category to the Author / Works page.
Can you please explain purpose (usefulness} of this new "Lists" Category? Thank-you

The lists category is used to view any reading lists that a member has created and set to publicly available.

If you go to your user Control Panel, under Reading Lists it maintains a list of your created lists. Everyone has 2 by default - Favorites and Read Later. You can add additional reading lists using the plus sign at the top of the Reading Lists page. From there you can set the list to public or private. This functionality has existed for some time, however the only list that was visible to others was your Favorites.

Thank-you lilshymynx for the quick reply.

So, all readers that place a particular story in their reading list will be totaled and appear in the Authors Works' page under that particular story?

As long as that reader has a public list.

Does this sum up usefulness of the "Lists Category" that the Author sees.

I believe that both public and private lists are counted for the tally in the "Lists" display on the story card, but otherwise you are correct. It's also worth noting that it also includes Favorites, so those get double counted in a way.
