This is to the "hopeless romantic" who sends me feedback all the time. You intrigue me with your "backhanded compliments." You have sent me feedback on "Winter Interlude" 3 or 4 times, always with the emphasis on the adultery. Also you seem to take issue with the unprotected sex and the idea of an unwanted pregnacy...I wish you would e-mail me, not as anonymous so I could answer each of your feedbacks. I'm hoping to hear from you soon.

Fed up with "hopeless romantic" too!

I've rec'd several feedback emails from this (I assume) guy, and while he has provided several backhanded compliments as well, his dissatisfaction with the lack of true romance and faithfulness in a story about adultery and his opinion that I should stay away from writing BDSM stories because I can't possibly participate in that lifestyle based on my stories (which are TRUE thankyouverymuch) is starting to make me crabby, particularly as I can't address it directly with him, thanks to the anonymous (read: chicken's) feedback.

So listen up, hopeless romantic, if you don't like the story line or don't find it believable or it's not what you're looking for, try another category or QUIT READING MY STUFF. I'm not writing for you, I'm writing for me and others who enjoy my work.

Sorry, all -- but I had to vent. This hit a sore spot with me.

No problem trendyredhead....vent! The criticism I can take, it's the anonymous feedback.....the hit and run. I think "hopeless romantic" has some issues that he needs to address. There are stories here that don't appeal to me either, I just steer clear. Hey, with the amount of stories on Lit I'm sure he can find something that he enjoys....but then again, maybe not.

Another hit and run by "hopeless romantic"

I've been hit! I've been hit!

It's like when a bird shits on your windshield and your wipers don't actually wipe it off, but just smear it all over the place so you can't look up and see which little bugger did it.

Along with what you said, cookiejar and trendyredhead, he also left me with a few back handed compliments as well. However, he did give me a list of what he would have "prefured" to have happened, which was sort of just... strange. He also capitilized words as if to prove some unseen point to me.

I don't know.

I'm definitely not complaining about it, it just seems odd to me that there is a "serial messanger" on the loose that no one can get a hold of!

While I appricited your feedback, "hopeless romantic," it'd still be nice to see who left it!
