I fail to see how a 19 year-old is really any more or less at risk than a 17 year-old. The ACLU is right, arbitrary regulations of this kind are worthless and there's no good reason for them to exist.

If we're really so afraid that a marriage might be a forced/arranged marriage, then why not abolish the very concept of marriage entirely?
