Plagiarism at pornxx.cc

Mine are on there too. First time I've seen any of my stories pirated in a while. Looks like a whole-sale rip off of the Site.

At first glance it appears that incest stories have been taken but the nonincest stories.

They have all eleven of my I/T stories published before Summer, 2020, but their search function didn't turn up anything else.

Yep, all my incest stuff is there but nothing else of mine.

Wow, my stuff is older - it's been quite awhile since my work has been swiped. I feel special.

At least they gave me credit for writing my own stuff.....

Wrote an email telling godaddy to remove my content from that site. Let's hope they'll get shit done without any further correspondence.

Yeah, I'm not really complaining since they gave me credit. I don't read whatever language the site is in (some form of Chinese, I imagine), but I don't see that Lit is given any credit.

I got a warning of a virus attack when I clicked on that Web site.

I ran a few of my titles and have anything come up. I'm disappointed I'm not good enough to steal from.

The site also triggered a response from Norton and blocked site after the second search. I didn't tell it to ignore the danger, and just closed the window.

How did you even find it? I assume were searching by your user name and the site popped up. Did you search with the site using your Lit name?

Goggle searches for 8letters generates a huge number of hits not related to me because a popular word game is to form as many words as you can from 8 letters.

I did a google search for a distinctive line of text from one of my stories and that site came up.

Hah, I have the problem of getting too many hits for businesses around Gun Hill Road (plus the 1959 western Last Train From Gun Hill).

What was VistaVision?

Yeah, I'm seen this site before. It comes up in searches on occasion. I'm not sure what one does with sites out of Asia...

I just searched my author's name and my 750 Word entry is the only one that showed up. That happens to be the only Incest/Taboo story I've written — so it seems the "thief" is focusing on incest stories (for now?).

Like most others, it's not worth bothering about for me.

I don't go top places like that, but there is one way for y'all to tell if it's deliberate or just a scraperbot.

Look for my stuff. I only have a couple of IT gigs and NO one in their right mind would intentionally snatch my crap.

There are two stories under your name.

They probably just grabbed everything in I/T at some date in 2020.

I didn't start posting our stuff until April of this year.

That site has our short story and the first chapter of one book.

What was VistaVision?

VistaVision was a format that ran the film through the VistaVision projector sideways. Where the perforations were top and bottom of the frame and was format in between cinemascope and flat formats in height to width ratios. It could matted to flat or transferred to Cinemascope for regular equipped theaters. According to dad the format didn't last ten years.

Thank you, I think I understood that. Rather amusing that they had to a announce it in the opening credits, as if anyone in the audience would know or care. As long as it looked good, that was enough. I know, they had to give a shout-out to the process anyway; probably they were contractually obliged to do that.

They needed to advertise a lot more, make the projection equipment cheaper, and try and get more saturation into the market. Like I said, it only last about a decade and didn't the exposure like 70mm, super 70, and CinemaScope did. They made more movies than CinemArama, but are less known.

You know, having a dad that worked as theater manager most of his adult life gives a window into all sorts of crap no one else gives a crap about.

And if you google my user, you get articles about a Hungarian hacker. Not me, by the way. Apparently we share a similar taste in French romance novels, which show up if one scrolls down a little further.

Still waiting for a response for my email, fingers crossed.

There's a magician who used the alias "Tad Overdone" during a juggling act.

D. and P. were writing as "Tad Overdon" over twenty years ago.

I just hope the poor magician doesn't get discouraged at his search results.
