Hey, thought I'd help my fellow authors out: If you have a fetlife profile, a user named AzMasterTerry https://fetlife.com/users/1191372 seems to be stealing non-con stories from here, XNXX, and other places. I've identified a few past literotica authors (besides myself) whose work he's ripped off and posted as his own. You might want to scroll through his history and if he has posted any of your works contact admins of groups or file DMCA takedown notices.

Yes, yes, I know people will always rip it off, but hey, when we can teach a guy that he's a douchebag, why not take the opportunity.

Unless you write non-con, you don't need to worry about this particular Fetlife user.

Unfortunately, the place is packed with people who lift stories from here, thinking that they're safe - which unless another member reports them to you, they more or less are.

The site doesn't let anyone who isn't a member see anything, and thus blocks search engines that could allow you to search for your work.

The layout is from the dark ages of the internet and bloated beyond comprehension, making it nearly impossible to find anything with a casual search - even if you know what you're looking for.

The mods are also extremely unreliable about taking plagiarism seriously, accepting such flimsy and ridiculous excuses as "I write under all 20 of those author names" when plagiarism is reported with links confirming it.

Rest assured that if you sign up to keep an eye on a known thief that they'll soon enough delete your account rather than that of an asswipe whom they've had to moderate a half dozen times due to DMCA notices.

Probably true, that's why I'm going through to mods in groups as opposed to the actual site owners and such--much easier to prove (I commented logged in on my non-con story that was stolen to say he's not the writer).

I managed to shut the one who was lifting my stuff down, but only by embarrassing him sufficiently that even his drones were beginning to question him.

Despite a "3-strike" rule and having a half dozen stories removed by the mods, he's still there. Most likely still lifting from here, but once he removed the rest of his horked stories he said that he would only be sending "his stories" to people privately

Send the DMCA notice to the site provider. The site host should do something about the site, unless it's in China.
