Plagiarism a form of flattery?

If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then plagiarism has to be right up there also.
Not only did this woman steal my work (A Knight's Tale, chapters 1/4), she had the balls to put it in a book of other stolen work, pass it off as her own and sell it on Amazon.com.

The page is down to a single book now ( unless I'm missing something ) so it looks like Amazon is acting on the take-down notices. I seem to recall a rather large list when I looked the first time.
