the coaches had been getting more and more frustated with the team and lack of application for practice

So as the team arrived for that days training a note was posted on the door

At end of today's session and for one session each week thereafter the team will vote for who has not applied themselves the most

the chosen one will then have to wear a pink skirt for training at the next session
