I'm not a fan of nipple piercings. I can't imagine a cock piercing would enhance oral. Not sure about intercourse.

My husband has always been pierced.

He says that the nipple piercings definitely increase his sensation. From my perspective, they are just another thing to play with!

In terms of cock piercings, he's had various frenum piercings and an ampallang. The frenum piercing looks great, and it definitely affects his sensation, but it's a bit impractical. The ampallang doesn't really seem to make much difference either to giving or receiving.

Healing time is definitely a real consideration. As others have said, if this is something you choose to do, you choose to do it for yourself, not for any potential partner. In terms of being a considerate partner, there is obviously a risk to any partner that you are having penetrative sex with (ie having a metallic object in your vagina or anus can definitely increase the risk of tears or bruising - just something to be aware of).

Is it a turn on for me? - not particularly, but it's not a turn-off either.

Strangely, I have been afraid to have my nipples pierced although I have played with a woman whose nipples were pierced and stretched. She loved them and I loved playing with them.
I have a hood piercing and 6 inner labia piercing. Smaller gauge rings (10) are easier to sit on. My husband like for me to wear large gauge rings and labia are easily stretched. I am not a fan of piercings in general and don't want any myself, although after a friend had her clitoral hood pierced she said she really enjoys it during sex and even dressed walking around. So I might consider that.
