pic resize

What is your favorite program for resizing pics? Site says limit is 100kb which make my pics about a half inch big.WTF?

I use either adobe photoshop or Fast Stone Image Viewer

I would suggest using the 150x150 instead of the 100kb

And quite easy to use. Though I haven't really used much else so I don't have much to compare it to.

I use image well its free and even works on my mac
