Phytoplankton serve a vital role in the overall health of our planet. Levels ad movement of phytoplankton in the Atlantic have been directly linked to climatic changes. However phytoplankton are rarely seen. I think it should remain this way. Don't you?

I had the best flapjacks for breakfast at Raindancer's house this morning.

It should be noted that special attention to camera angle needs to be taken for proper imaging.

Raindancer makes a great cup of coffee too.

Are you trying to tell us that Raindancer uses unusual ingrediants in her breakfast special?:p

Got any pics of phytoplankton porn?

Isn't that two getting together in the middle? Or do they split? I don't know much about phytoplankton...

While I dig phytoplankton, I just don't find it to be arousing. Keep dat shit in yo pants. :D

I do believe that is a photograph of phytoplankton copulation.

And Miss Choreographer of Precipitation, you seem to like to keep this in your pants :p

I wonder if it's the phyto or plankton bit that's the turn off?

ahahhahahah- freak. ;)

I have these scratches on my back . . . hmmm I think they're lonely in need of more. ;)

Your bed is full of dust mites having sex orgies - you can't see them either.

The world's a frightening place.

Just a casual FYI

Phytoplankton are microscopic plants that live in the ocean. There are many species of phytoplankton, each of which has a characteristic shape. Collectively, phytoplankton grow abundantly in oceans around the world and are the foundation of the marine food chain. Some species of whales, eat them as food.

I'm just waiting for it to make it's move and take over the world. Or, the virus will. These marauders are just too damn unpredictable.

With the changing of the season great schools of phytoplankton begin to migrate south to equatorial waters. This in turn alters the flow of the "jet stream" across the North American continent bringing colder air further into the southeast. It also draws humpbacks down the coast of the eastern United States, some as far south as Jacksonville or even Daytona Florida.
