A small way of how I think ....

Think about it for a moment, everyone that's ever had phone sex has paid .... you do all receive phone bills right???

I've never called a 1900 # and don't think I ever will, phone sex is part of the fantasy, and the person on the other end knowing what you do and don't want is all part of what makes it good. Having them describe what they would have you do or what they would do to you, bringing a certain aspect to the "event".

I happen to enjoy it, although the pain of not being able to actually touch the person once your done, is a little hard to take.
