Any views/info on whether a woman gives off more/different pheromones when stepping outside the marriage?

I have a friend ( occ with benefits) who suddenly is being hit on by guys, which is getting her hubby very upset.

we were wondering if her involvement with me has changed the signals she is sending. at least on of the guys has known her since childhood, has never hit on her before, and she has no reaction to him other than thinking of him like a brother, though after the pass, it was "yuck".

of course, if hubby's upset, this is a +- for me ... she's more inclined to spend time with me than him, but he is more nosy. yikes.

There was a study done a number of years ago of the tribes in Senigal. Customarly the women will find an out-of-marriage lover if her husband does not provide her with a son. The level of pheromones of these women when searching for a lover and at the tiimes they are with their lovers increased substantually.

However, even the increased values are very small and undetectable in any real wayto the average human. The pharamone has the affect of attraction more than a detectable oder or anything else. It would be more likely that the "smell of sex", the oder of another male's seman would be much more detectable.

That's really interesting sir. I wonder also if the strength (so to speak) increases during a woman's cycle. I know my level of interest seems to peak in some pattern, if only slight during what would be ovulation and then again just before my period (if I had them).

The whole idea certainly wouldn't surprize me if our pheromones do become either stronger or maybe even change at different times in our lives and react to things in our lives.

Maybe if she notes things there might be a pattern which would be interesting to know.

Desireable people are more desired

Huh?
Meaning, if you see that people WANT a person, that person becomes more desireable to you too.
Did your friends KNOW that you have a thing going with this woman? That would change their attitudes toward her. A primal thing, thinking she's "Available"

I did a lot of research into my great novel about pheromones. OK, It is going to be a mind control stroke story. But I like the idea, so I researched it.
If you promise not to steal the idea until after I release the story, I'd be happy to send you my entire note collection. PM me with an email addy.

Example:
The source of each person's one-of-a-kind odor is, in fact, his or her unique immune system. The segment of our DNA called the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) controls proteins involved in immunity--and in producing our own singular smell. Immunity is inherited from both parents, and because the human species is best protected by the broadest array of disease resistance, we are designed to mate with a partner whose MHC profile differs from our own. As such, studies suggest that we like the scent of people with immune systems unlike ours. Couples with similar immune systems have a higher risk of spontaneous miscarriages and have more trouble conceiving. A classic set of experiments reveals the degree to which MHC-driven scents silently engineer mate preferences. Claus Wedekind of the University of Bern in Switzerland asked women to sniff and select cotton clothes that were worn by various men. The women not only favored the shirts of men whose MHC profiles differed from theirs but also said these aromas reminded them of current or ex-lovers--proof that MHC profiles influenced their romantic choices in the past. T-shirts worn by men who had similar immune systems to the women conjured up fathers or brothers instead.
