I wonder what the Doms and subs call each other during scenes. What pet names? Do those names reflect the type of kink you share?

One of my favorite pet names is "pink" because the simple word reminds her she belongs to me, every single square inch. In particular, "pink" refers to that special wet home for me that resides between her thighs. It also refers to her innocence and trust.

not quite a pet name, but if Sir calls me "his" anything (his girl, his slut, his whatever it may be) i melt. also when he calls me "slut". for me its not derogotory in the least, and is the closest to a pet name that we have.

LOL, when he uses my real name I get shivers but not of the good kind because it is usually a sign I am in trouble of some sort....as for scene names, we tend to use the same as we do on a daily basis as we live 24/7 and it seems more fitting for us.

Depends on the type of scene... When we are in Daddy/babygirl mode I call her princess.

In regular scenes I call her 'rose' which is the name that I gave her because I was watching her blossom in submission as a rose blossoms. Depending on the desired effect, I also use things like "My little whore, My dirty little bitch... etc..."

I don't think it qualifies as a pet name but I gave my little one a name when she gave herself to me. Her slave name is ame, which is French for soul. She's also my wife and I thought it fitting since I always tell her that she is my soul. Other then that, she's my slut, my whore, etc.

Daddy is always Daddy unless I've been bad, in which case it's Sir. E calls me eir poodle almost all the time. When my wife and my Daddy are talking about me I am "the pet girl," and a few other close friends know me as this too. But more than any other name, my wife calls me Bunz. That's short for Bunzimus Cutimus, and sometimes she calls me "bunny" or other variants like "babybunz." So I am my Daddy's poodle and my wife's bunny...sometimes she calls me poodlebunz.

None of these are used during sex, except "Daddy" - during sex all the personalization goes out the window and it's just generic stuff like bitch, cunt, etc.

I appreciate the quality of all the responses. Hadn't realized this topic came up frequently. I guess pet names are reflections of ourselves that carry meaning back to us from our partners and deepen the connection. I look for every way of connecting, especially in scene.

He on the other hand is "Sir" or possessively "MY Raven".

We do use each other's given names, altho rarely. That most often occurs when we're talking about each other, not to each other. However, he's never used my true first name *I have always used the nickname of it*; I'm thinking that's a good thing tho. Usually hearing that name spelled major trouble for me as a child.

I had a party last year and a kid came who is very submissive. He had found me through facebook (a college version of myspace) where i had BDSM listed openly.
