Perusing the Fox News website, I don't see much that's "right wing"

Its perhaps a bit less biased toward the left than most other media sources but I don't see much "right wing" bias.

Look, here's a simple test: Any network or media outlet generally approved of on Free Republic is RW.

"Right" and "left" is only relative to where you've planted your subjective "center" flag. It's not the rest of ours' fault if you have broken spatial awareness.

CNN brought us Glenn Beck and Erick Ericksson. How very left wing of them.

Look at who gets on MSNBC: The Guardian, the Nations not to mention they have a racist named Al sharpton on every night

What does this have to do with whether Fox News is right wing or not?

No. The political distribution isn't Burger King where you get it your way.

I took a test. The test is a long list of political canons championed by left, right, and center. Almost everyone tosses me into the right-wingnut tank but the test puts me smack-dab in the center. Hitler was a left-wing socialist. Stalin was an anarchist.

The real measure of your political posture is who you think oughta drive the bus with respect to liberty and economics and commonwealth.

Just pointing out what is exteme.

there is the Fox News reports which reports the news

Than their are the commentary shows where only Hannity and Huckabee are conservatives.

Look at the paragon of centrism and reasonableness, NPR...,

“I used to think the left wing was the home of tolerance, open-mindedness, respect for all viewpoints…
But, now I’ve learned the truth the hard way.“

...

The big lesson for me [working at NPR] was the intolerance of so-called liberals. I say intolerance because I grew up as a black Democrat in Brooklyn, N.Y., and always thought it was the Archie Bunker Republicans who practiced intolerance. My experience at NPR revealed to me how rigid liberals can be when their orthodoxy is challenged. I was the devil for simply raising questions, offering a different viewpoint, not shutting my mouth about the excesses of liberalism — a bad guy, a traitor to the cause.

Fox News' news shows are severely slanted to the right. The fact that there's nothing evident of political bias on their website right now isn't a good way to measure that. Have you ever seen the jaw-dropping RW crapstorm that is Fox & Friends?

Their commentary shows are a mix of right wing and far right wing. But hey they throw Bob Beckell out there for his daily ass-kicking by four staunch conservatives who talk over him nonstop so they must be presenting the liberal perspective, right?

And the test you took is subjective too. Political science is a soft science, right? If you all get to bash psychology for being too subjective then you also have to bash poli sci.

Of course you don't regard Kristen Powers, juan Williams, Geraldo, Alan colmes and Leslie Marshall as liberals.

As far as Fox and friends they don't slober over liberal politicians that makes them moderate. Or do you have a problem with strong economic oppinions over breakfast or honoring the military?

- Juan Williams is a centrist liberal who doesn't have his own show and is regularly ganged up on in Fox News' conservative forums.

- Geraldo is a conservative and a Republican and says it openly. He's just pro-choice and pro-immigration reform... so stupid conservatives put on their labelin' shoes and call him a liberal.

- Alam Colmes isn't on Fox News anymore except for some satellite radio stuff. When he was on with Hannity he was basically just there to be talked over by a far louder and more charismatic personality, a dynamic which conservatives loved. Fox News likes him because he's weak.

- Kirsten Powers is fine, but again Fox News just runs her around their conservative forums where conservatives get the first, last, and loudest word.

He's literally not even trying anymore. Guess I have to report his as spam as well.
