There is still a missed connections on CL and I see that people are re-purposing it to try and find hookups. Unfortunately it is mostly guys looking for other guys, not many women posting on it like it was before they closed down the main personal threads. I tried putting out a general looking for post like the old days but they took it down after a day so guess they are still reviewing the ads. I wonder how much their traffic dropped after the personals disappeared?

Yeah, same here. I posted there a while back, a couple times, using it appropriately and actually trying to find a missed connection. But people flagged it immediately. I guess they have nothing better to do.

I suspect their traffic dropped considerably, but what choice did they have
