I try not to judge others, and I think I succeed in that. I often feel that there is a reason that people stray. I have always found it easier to be honest and say that I am not getting what I want from a relationship than to attempt to hide something with someone else.

If your partner is loving and kind having an affair makes you a slut, male or female. If your partner is a beast or bitch having an affair is probably not the smart thing to do but I can understand why. Leaving them would be the smart move, children or no.

What has disappointed me lately is a well known racist and admirer of Adolf Hitler being allowed to mentor my fishing club's Youth Committee. I find this totally unacceptable but all I get in response is 'Oh he's harmless'. BULLSHIT! He doesn't even have to be overtly racist to have a negative impact on young minds. He could easily slip in little nuances disparaging minorities. I think he should be run off the property on a rail.

He has finally got the message not to use the 'N' word around me, disparage Muslims or insult Jewish persons. One more time and I make my complaint official, as unofficially the executive just turns a blind eye. I have brought my complaints about him to executive members and he still flourishes at the club being elected VP. One more time and I will pack a meeting with all our minority members and call him out.

I worked at an upscale restaurant almost a decade ago. The executive chef (management position) was a Major Ass Hole. It was a privately owned restaurant so he didn't have to follow strict PC protocol that you find in chain restaurants. I loved him to death! People were scared of this motherfucker, and they did their jobs. When he wasn't there those lazy ass kitchen fuckers always dropped the ball.

He loved me too, except when I gave him "special food instructions" from guests. The first time he called me a dumb bitch I was pissed, but he sat down with me and we chatted for like an hour over bourbon after hours. After that he'd call me a dumb bitch, I'd give him the middle finger, and then we'd both smirk. Once, one of my "special instructions" guests complained about their meal. He marched his ass out there and asked her (paraphrasing), "do you go to the grocery store, buy ingredients, cook your meal, and when it doesn't taste good ask for a refund?" The look on her face was priceless.

Anyways, about ayear after I left I heard his wife left him because he was fucking around with a waitress much younger than him. His wife was good looking, smart, funny, they had beautiful and smart children, no reason for him to cheat on her. He disappointed me.

I've been experiencing a lot of disappointment myself as of late - nothing worth sharing and the disappointment lies more with myself. But it seems even in the midst of disappointment someone will do something that makes me think not ALL people suck. It can be even as simple as my neighbor leaving me a coupon for dog food or a coworker buying my lunch after a very craptastic day.

If he'd of been white and talked to the kitchen workers (over 50% black) the way he did, he'd of been fired. If fact his blackness worked in his and everyone's favor. He kept his kitchen in check, and the restaurant ran smoothly.
