Speaking seriously about your question, I'd guess that women don't dream about men with 4" cocks, and guys don't want to empathize with 'em, either. Story Idea "Dick Don't Got One"
Just noticed that there is no story in this thread at all. This IS the Idea Board, after all! How's this...
A fellow (Named Richard, what else!) has an incredibly small penis, let's say 3" when erect, and maybe an inch in diameter. He's the laughingstock of the college volleyball team he's on. He's also plain in the looks department. He's tall, gangly, and awkward.
He's also always swarming with high-class poon. This is a dude who never sleeps alone.
A couple of his teammates, (William and Pete?) jealous at his luck with the ladies, take it upon themselves to learn the secret of his success.
The story could be about how Willy and Peter ferret out Dick's secret, and the results of doing so. I picture this as being comedic farce.

For me, penis under six inches is not that exciting. It would have to come with shared emotions. It has been my experience that seven plus inch cocks are more fulfilling. The guy would have to have at least staying power. As far as looks, I did a guy once, who needed more than a face lift. I did so, mainly because I was horny and he was a pretty nice guy.
