No, don't get a sample fro your doctor! Cialis is for erectile disfunction, so unless you have trouble getting it up, there's no reason to take it. There's only one way to deal with this problem: Realize it isn't a problem!

Yaknow, having a hardon for 2 days really doesn't sound fun. It sounds uncomfortable at best, possibly painful at worst. Plenty of good restaurants.... and to be honest... I love going out to eat. Variation is the spice of life....

That's why M and I try to bring as much variation in our sexlife together. I think you can spice up things together enough without bringing new (larger? no need for - thank you very much) sausage to your menu

1. i've already answered this. NO! size does NOT matter!? it's the overall look and appeal of him. and if it's a one night stand, you CAN'T pick the guy based on dick size anyway! even if it did matter (which is doesn't) because it's not like you walk around asking every guy how big his dick is, and that's when you say OKAY!

I'm sure there are guys like that, it takes all sorts. Me, I like women. I'm not particularly crazy about breasts, girls I have gone after have been of all sizes. If a girl is all around great, pretty, funny, just the right amount of crazy, Star Trek fan, etc., then her breast size doesn't matter. Of course, if she's all that and a D cup, I'm not gonna complain.
