Okay, I'll be perfectly honest, and admit I'm still a virgin, at 24. And the main reason why, is because I'm totally ashamed of my extremely small penis. If you've watched Howard Stern, you probably know what I'm talking about. The type of penis that's barely even there, when not erect.

Is it an inverted penis or something? I was watching Dr. 90210 (plastic surgery show on E!), and they had a guy on who's penis was more inside than outside. It was normal size when erect, but it would retreat into his scrotum/groin when not erect. The doctor was able to do something so the guy's penis would stay out rather than shrink inward. Maybe if you look up the show episode online, they'd tell you what that condition is and you can research. Or talk to a plastic surgeon.
