I dont have that plug my self, but I do have a set of regular sound from 3mm up to 18mm I think Most I can take is the 9mm for short stints. Love the feeling, but I dont use them that often, requires the right mindset, and too much prep for a just casual wank and sound hehe

As for length you need for bladder contact, that would depend somewhat on how long your dick is. the hegars are just shy of the lenght needed for me, Im not that long my self. Bladder is about 8” in, so you have a long way to go before that worry is worth it, you’re barely in at that point, still not past your head.
