okay. here's my thought. the beads thing, kinda gross looking. I looked at the one pic and the first thought in my head was "what type of weird disease is that?" As far as the Prince Albert piercing goes, I havent been with anyone that's had one and although I have some desire to see one in person, I doubt I'd ever want to have sex with someone that has one. Just something about the idea of an extra piece, or metal no less, that could possibly tear up my insides is not very appealing.

I'm sorry, but if Mother Nature intended us to adorn our bodies with additional items, she would have provided the holes for us.

actually, infections and such are extremely rare in penis mods, and most are healed very well.
beading is something i have yet to train to do, but the few i have seen looked 'interesting'.
