I understand there is a backlog, and I also understand that if I edit or change something, it resets the clock, but I have two chapters that have been pending for well over a month, and both show pending with no issues. What does it actually take to get stories posted? I mean, if it takes this much time to get them posted, I can see why so many good authors have left this site and moved on to others. I have not written a story in over a decade and am now back active as a writer on this sit,e and have to say this is beyond ridiculous that two chapters can sit this long unless there is another reason for it.

I (and several others) have the same issue. I'm trying to get the chapters of my ongoing series published since the end of August, yet nothing has happened. I tried resubmitting after a month and a half of pending hell, but nothing really helps.
The other sites I'm using are 13 chapters ahead of this site now.
The weirdest part is that a month before this issue started, my latest chapter was 25.9k words and was accepted within an hour for publication. Now nothing.

What other sites are you using as I'm about ready to stop writing again when I have redit followers asking when I'm going to finish my story but am holding off on publishing as the thought was to cross post bring them here to follow me the see where it goes
