Sometimes. We have found that if you eat right and are regular that it’s not so much of an issue. But my wife has been pegging me for a decade and she wasn’t the first. Yes in most cases you are correct. If we do use one it would be considered a douche. It’s about 100ml and we use distilled water.
But a lot of people think of a douche as scented cleanser.
