Regarding the hygene part, besides the usual enema and all that, she can wear disposable gloves also. Wife prefers that if fingering me, even with a toy to keep cleanup qyuck.

I had a partner that liked to use disposable gloves. They don’t work so good with longer finger nails.
We used to buy condoms from the dollar store and put them over her strapon. Now they don’t fit so good.

I’ve thought about that. I’ll have to bring that up with her. Do most that engage in anal use enemas first?
 
Always anal enema before any play. Most of time it works well. But I will caution you as you get more experienced and deeper play happens, you can get into the lower colon and the enema doesn't quite in that far to rinse.

Sometimes. We have found that if you eat right and are regular that it’s not so much of an issue. But my wife has been pegging me for a decade and she wasn’t the first. Over time you tend to go bigger and the farther in you go the more you can find. But, pegging in our relationship is our primary sexual intercourse and it’s not the best to enema daily.

Yes in most cases you are correct. If we do use one it would be considered a douche. It’s about 100ml and we use distilled water.
But a lot of people think of a douche as scented cleanser.

One of the intro to anal play dvds mentioned putting cotton balls in thr finger tips id nails are sharp or pointy. Not sure how effective with long nails though.
