It helps. Also, a good, high fiber diet keeps things from getting messy as well.

Sometimes. We have found that if you eat right and are regular that it’s not so much of an issue. But my wife has been pegging me for a decade and she wasn’t the first. Over time you tend to go bigger and the farther in you go the more you can find. But, pegging in our relationship is our primary sexual intercourse and it’s not the best to enema daily.

Yes in most cases you are correct. If we do use one it would be considered a douche. It’s about 100ml and we use distilled water.
But a lot of people think of a douche as scented cleanser.
