Peeping tom spying on femdom couple?

A lonely, slightly odd guy, or maybe a girl, or maybe not so young, just to be different! Discovers a neighbor couple who are into female domination, he/she makes a habit of spying on the couple. the story(stories) could document one or more play scenes.

An interesting twist could be that the domme knows of the peeper and directs the activity in an attempt to shock/titillate/seduce the peeper.

Any merit in this idea?
