Well its been suggested to me that I should check out the playground. Normally I spend most of my time over in the HowTo section, the GB sucks wind with all the fights and "cliques".

Now that is truly a profound question with deep philosphical meanings..... And one I continually ask myself ever since the wife moved me from NYC to the wilderness of Northern Idaho.

I mean really, there are people up here that still think the world is flat and fire is a new invention! Gawd I miss NYC Pizza.

I'm only a partial train enthusiast, my father is the real train nut. As a technophile I like a lot of machines, and trains appeal to me, which is why I put one in my av when I made that image.

Regretfully I don't paint, or knit. I do, do the "thang", solo and with help (its more fun when you have someone to help ya).

Hmmm other pertinent details.... I'm about ummmm.... oh hell, I'll draw ya a picture.

Well, there, that really says it all as you can tell from my self portrait. Unfortunately you can't see my glasses, but you get the picture.

I am currently held hostage in Idaho, been there for more than 10 yrs now, but I'm really a New York City kid, trying to deal with all this unhealthy clean air and green stuff. Not my cup of tea.

Oh yeah, I'm also a card carrying nerd, one of the bonafide originals from the early days of nerdom. I know little about sports, but I can speak nearly 30 computer languages, and I can't begin to tell you how valuable that skill is when dealing with a skunk rustling through your trash.

Im sorry for your distress.. I escaped to Pittsburgh Pa.. dont say it.

But on the brighter side 30 languages, Isnt that something!!
and you have a Nerd Card!! Oh i read that wrong, 30 computer languages. Now who could resist a man with that kind of
communication skill.. I speak one, and some would argue
with that. I too speak no sport. Im a nurse, and the fresh green
is something you never get used to..start inhaling gas fumes..
just a bit at a time.. it may help!!

Nope, didn't kill anyone. I ended up here because the wife didn't like NYC. All in all its probably a good thing we moved to Idaho back in 94. When I left NYC I had an office on the 76th floor of WTC II.

Pittsburgh is a nice town. Dingy, crowded, kinda smelly. Just the way I like my cities to be.

The gas fumes help, and the buzz you get from them is pretty wild. And for a short while you don't smell the pine needles. I swear Idaho smells like one giant potpouri bottle.

The self portrait wasn't too hard to make, and I think it managed to capture the essense of Bob even if I did mess up and forget my glasses.

Nurses are cool. But I feel sorry for them having to deal with all those prima-dona doctors all day long. Sometimes I think they ought to make every doctor spend a week as a patient in a hospital just to teach them a little humility.
