If GoSuck and BeerBash lied under oath during their confirmation hearing as is being discusses, throw 'em out.

And then there's .... Clarence. All kinds of reasons to boot him.

Quotes from various confirmation hearings:

“It would be wrong for me to say or preview in this legislative chamber how I would cast my vote on questions the Supreme Court may be called upon to decide.”

“A judge sworn to decide impartially can offer no forecasts, no hints, for that would show not only disregard for the specifics of the particular case, it would display disdain for the entire judicial process.”

————————

“If I were to start telling you which are my favorite precedents or which are my least favorite precedents, or if I viewed precedent in that fashion, I would be tipping my hand and suggesting to litigants that I have already made up my mind about their cases.”

—————————-
“Roe v. Wadeis an important precedent of the Supreme Court. It has been reaffirmed many times. It was reaffirmed in Planned Parenthood v. Casey in 1992. . . . So that precedent on precedent is quite important as you think about stare decisis in this context.”

Lol. You need to Google stare decisis.
if you think the Extreme Court still holds to the principle of Stare Decisis, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn you might be interested in buying.

I've been saying this for years, "Justice" Sam Alito has never had any regard for Stare Decisis. It interferes with his ability to legislate from teh bench.

The Nun needs to go too for her association with the cult.

Alito is in good company. Potter Stewart, Hugo Black, Earl Warren, and other justices have done the same. According the the Library of Congress, the Supreme Court has overturned its own prior decisions 232 times as of 2020. Don‘t sell your bridge. Jump off it.

I wonder how he feels after being told that Brown v. Board of Education overturned a century of stare decisis?

You think maybe rubbery believes that's a bad thing too?

That's all you got Lance? "But Mommmmm, the other guys did it tooooooo!"
You know what, I'll actually agree with you to a point. Some of the guys you named did on occasion find a rationale to abrogate stare decisis.

None of them, however, used their power as relentlessly as "Justice" Alito has done over his career. Alito disregards stare decisis regularly.

I don’t care if you agree or disagree with the Library of Congress. The Supreme Court overturns itself often. The Warren Court didn’t give a shit about stare decisis. And btw, Alito ranks #3 on the current court in terms of votes that don’t adhere to stare decisis.

I'm sure you have a link for your preposterous claim. Right?

Sure. It’s a left wing organization so you should fact check them.

https://www.takebackthecourt.today/chief-justice-roberts-almost-always-votes-overturn-precedent

“During his During his 14 years as Chief Justice, Roberts presided over 21 precedent-overturning cases and voted to overturn precedent in 17 of them (81%), making him the second-most frequent member of the majority in precedent-overturning cases. Only Justice Thomas has been a more frequent member of the majority in such cases (90%).”

Democrats don't have the competence or the balls to pull it off. Strongly worded letters, do nothing committees, and sad poem recitals is all they're capable of.

Internet Blasts Pelosi's Poem Response to SCOTUS: 'Worse Than Useless'

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was lambasted online for reciting a poem in response to the demise of Roe v. Wade on Friday.

As if Republicans have done anything different.

I think the Dobbs decision (as well as NYSRPA v Bruen) makes this statement have all the feel and quality of content of the award winner for Lit's most stupid statement of the year.

It took a Civil War and 700,000 dead and wounded to overthrow Dred Scott.

Whataboutism is no defense for surrender monkey, do nothing Democrats, who stand around with their fingers up their asses while Republicans violate the basic human rights of women, girls, and rape victims.

You do realize that government has been doing that since the beginning of society, yes?

Because without it, what you have is called anarchy and under that system the likelyhood is that few if any of us would be here.

They are garbage human beings.

Claim to be pro-life, yet hate the Earth and humanity with this new climate change ruling. It's like one dud after the other.

They need to be out of that court.

And the wingnuts kept bitching about activist judges, well, here you go, what else are they?
